彭凯平,1983年毕业于北京大学心理学系后留校任教。1997年获得美国密歇根大学心理学博士学位,后任教于美国加州大学伯克利分校心理学系。曾获美国加州大学伯克利分校心理学及东亚研究终身教职,曾任加州大学社会及人格心理学专业主任和美国心理学会科学领导委员会成员等国际职务。2008年5月起受聘清华大学心理学系教授和首任系主任。

现任清华大学社会科学学院院长,清华大学幸福科技实验室(H--Lab)联合主席。国际积极心理联合会(IPPA)以及国际积极教育联盟(lPEN)中国理事,并担任中国国际积极心理学大会执行主席(2009年至今)。曾连续两年代表中国在“联合国国际幸福日"纪念大会上作报告。

至今已发表450多篇学术期刊论文,出版图书《心理测验:原理与实践》、《文化心理学(英文教科书)》、《跨文化沟通》、《吾心可鉴--澎湃的福流》、《活出心花怒放的人生》、《孩子的品格》等中英文著作12部。多次获得重要学术奖项,2004年美国社会心理学会最佳论文奖;2006年美国管理学院最佳论文奖; 2007年被美国人格与社会心理学会评为全世界论文引用最多的中青年社会心理学家。2015年中国教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖。自2015年起,连续七年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)"中国高被引学者心理学家榜单”, 2017年荣获教育部"全国高校网络宣传思想教育优秀作品”一等奖。2013和2014年所教授的《心理学概论》成为中国慕课(MOCC)最受欢迎的课程,并于2017年评选为国家精品在线开放课程; 2015年当选山东卫视《中国好先生》节目“中国十大先生”;2016年当选《人民网》“健康中国年度十大人物”。2018年获清华大学“良师益友奖”;2019年 所授《积极心理学》获教育部网络精品课程;2021年所授《积极心理学社会心理服务综合课程体系》荣获清华大学教学成果一等奖。连续8年获得清华大学经管学院EMBA最受欢迎的教师奖、教学突出贡献奖。2020年获清华大学抗疫先进个人称号。

社会兼职

 彭教授热心慈善和公益事业,是中国积极心理学运动的倡导者和推动者。他也是多个公益组织的发起人,顾问和理事,担任过美国慈善组织唐氏基金会董事和德国宝马公司青年领袖论坛董事会董事,以及中国"幸福园丁"公益基金和中国积极心理学研究基金学术委员会主席;并连续两年代表中国在“联合国国际幸福日"纪念大会上作联大报告。
